Growing up in Senatobia, Mississippi all we knew were Snowballs, popsicles, and Freeze cups.  My grandparents drove down every summer from New Jersey to pick me up and they made sure I had "Waterice".  

 

My Dad attended Rust college in Holly Springs, MS so along with discovering that Mississippi and other surrounding states didn't have Waterice also known as "Italian Ice".  So my Family decided to take a chance and bring it to the South.  We started selling at events with a freezer cart, then two, and eventually opened a storefront along with a truck!

 

We now offer different fair food items along with our Homemade Italian Water Ice.  So thanks to my Family and Of course my Uncle, Mr. Therman Parker who took me from an employee to Business owner! 

 

Parker’s is happy to serve Mississippi, Memphis, Arkansas, and other surrounding areas.  So come "Beat The Heat With An Icy Treat"
